Small Air in Former Big Water

Cash doing a little jump More fun on the shores of Lough Neagh, the largest freshwater lake in the UK. It was even larger (20 feet deeper) until the 1930's, when someone in govt decided to let more water down the Bann (or something like that).

If this photo had been taken in 1928, the impressively monstrous leap on view would have been completely under water! Amazing, eh?

Davy, even more amazing is the concept that if you had done that jump 10,000 years ago, you would have been doing so under 1km of compacted mammoth turds and ice, which would not have been very impressive at all.

[Incidentally, by "mammoth" I am referring to the creature, rather than using it purely as an indicator of size, but either is probably appropriate]
